Introducing the new OPA!  Santorini seafood salad. This salad was inspired by the beautiful Santorini. Creating a Santorini inspired salad that was patterned by playing off the architecture and shapes represented within the beautiful city. The shapes are bold and pair well with the image of the food.  It is important to show the culture of where food is inspired both visually and through its taste.
